PSA International Pte Ltd reached a new high in worldwide container handling in 2025, reporting total volumes of 105 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) across its global network of ports and terminals.
This figure marks a 5 percent year-on-year increase and follows the company’s achievement in 2024, when it exceeded 100 million TEUs for the first time.
Growth in Singapore and Overseas Operations
Operations in Singapore accounted for 44.5 million TEUs, reflecting growth of more than 8 percent. Facilities outside Singapore handled a combined 60.4 million TEUs, representing a 2 percent increase compared with the previous year.
Commenting on the results, PSA International Chairman Peter Voser noted that 2025 was shaped by ongoing geopolitical tensions, trade-related challenges, rapid technological change, and the impacts of climate change. He added that, despite these headwinds, the company delivered strong performance through close cooperation with customers and strategic partners.
